إنّ الرئيس العالمي للجامعة اللبنانية الثقافية في العالم روجيه هاني، ينعي إلى أبناء الجالية اللبنانية في فرنسا، والجاليات اللبنانية في العالم، السيد روجيه عزّام، أحد الوجوه الاغترابيّة المحبة للبنان في فرنسا والاغتراب، وأحد مؤسسي المجلس الوطني الفرنسي في الجامعة.
سوف نفتقده صديقاً مخلصاً، مؤمناً بلبنان، عاملاً من أجل وطنه الأم وأهله وقضاياه، ووجهاً من وجوه الجالية اللبنانية، وسوف تفتقده جاليتنا العزيزة في فرنسا.
باسمي شخصيّاً، وباسم الأمين العام العالمي، وباسم المجلس العالمي في الجامعة، وباسم المجلس الوطني الفرنسي، نتقدم من عائلته وأصدقائه ومحبيه، ومن بنات وأبناء الجالية اللبنانية بأحر التعازي. وإذ نشارك أحباءه الصلاه عن روحه، نرجو من الله تعالى أن يتغمّده بواسع رحمته، وأن يلهم أهله ومحبيه الصبر والسلوان.

L’ULCM dans le Monde pleure Monsieur Roger Azzam, l’un des fondateurs du Conseil national français
Le Président mondial de l’Ulcm, Roger Hani, présente ses condoléances aux membres de la communauté libanaise en France, ainsi qu’aux communautés libanaises à travers le monde, pour le décès de Monsieur Roger Azzam, l’une des figures de la diaspora profondément attachées au Liban en France et dans l’émigration, et l’un des fondateurs du Conseil national français.
Il nous manquera en tant qu’ami fidèle, croyant au Liban, œuvrant pour sa patrie, son peuple et ses causes, et comme l’une des figures marquantes de la communauté libanaise. Notre chère communauté au France ressentira vivement son absence.
En mon nom personnel, au nom du Secrétaire général mondial, du Conseil mondial de l’ULCM, ainsi qu’au nom du Conseil national français, nous présentons à sa famille, à ses amis et à tous ceux qui l’aimaient, ainsi qu’aux filles et fils de la communauté libanaise, nos plus sincères condoléances. En partageant avec ses proches la prière pour le repos de son âme, nous demandons à Dieu Tout-Puissant de l’accueillir dans Son immense miséricorde et d’accorder à sa famille et à ses proches patience et réconfort.

WLCU Worldwide Mourns Mr. Roger Azzam, One of the Founders of the French National Council
The World President of WLCU, Roger Hani, extends his condolences to the members of the Lebanese community in France, as well as to Lebanese communities around the world, on the passing of Mr. Roger Azzam, one of the prominent figures of the diaspora deeply attached to Lebanon in France and abroad, and one of the founders of the French National Council.
He will be greatly missed as a loyal friend, a believer in Lebanon, a tireless worker for his homeland, its people and its causes, and as one of the distinguished figures of the Lebanese community. Our dear community in France will deeply feel his absence.
In my personal name, and on behalf of the World Secretary General, the World Council of the WLCU, as well as the French National Council, we extend our most sincere condolences to his family, friends, and loved ones, and to the daughters and sons of the Lebanese community. As we join his loved ones in prayer for the repose of his soul, we ask Almighty God to embrace him in His boundless mercy and to grant his family and loved ones patience and comfort.
